THIS TERM MIGHT LOOK SIMPLE BUT FOR EXAMPLE, THE PEOPLE INVEST IN EDUCATION AND HEALTH FACILITIES WHICH MADE THEM LIVE LONGER. IN ADDITION, THEY HAVE PROPERLY REGULATED THE MAKING OF FLOW OF SYSTEM FOR WORKING, SO THAT THEY CAN BE STRESS FREE. THIS WHY JAPAN IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE OLDEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!

According to me the reason May differ in many sense but as i am to describe only one factor then i conclude the whole in one is the CONSISTENCY. One of the main reason i believe is just the consistency. Because they don't follow the diet plan just for 2 or 3 days , they don't exercise just for 2 or 3 days , they don't obtain food more than their requirements or unhealthy food. They are very sincerely consistent regarding their health,diet, etc.
